Romancing Yourself! Seven Heaven Tips!

One of the biggest symbols of romance in our culture is a bouquet of fresh beautiful, fragrant flowers. The flowers provide a multi-sensory experience that evoke sought after; pleasure in most people. 


When was the last time you bought yourself a really extravagant array of flowers?

If it's romance you crave, begin today by creating it for .... yourself.

Look for ways each day to develop a connection and show yourself how much you really care. Create Glory and honor in your daily walk,,,, Besides keeping fresh flowers at my bedside, here are some of my favorite things to do to keep an aura of romance and happiness in my Life.


1) In the evening; before dinner time... I fill the bathtub with delicious smelling aromatherapy oils and light a few soy candles. 
Breathe deeply, allow yourself to be in the moment and focus to unwind; 
Limit your exposure to others not adoring you-Rather learn to surround and cultivate yourself with loving and caring folks. Animals and children can be healthy and give one a purpose; and to feel needed.

"Smile wide and Life in return; smiles back at you every day"...This helps to begin a happy and positive new day!


2) Here's one: Never eat standing up, don't play that game. Respect, honor and Love yourself  - first. Set a place at the table (even if it's the coffee table) and use a pretty placemat. Pay attention and add a little elegance to your daily life; at best sit with a pleasant view!

3) A bowl of fresh fruit naturally. Ask yourself this... If your beloved were to arrive at your front door today, would you want at least some fresh fruit to serve him or her? 



4) Treat and nourish the skin your in,,,,

I've recently got interested in Mantra meditation again for some peace of mind; this helps one to deal with the stresses of the modern world. 
 
 

6) Embrace yourself with Reflexology; foot massage with your next deep cleansing and relaxing back facial; It’s a wonderful way to...

Fight any internal battles; surrender with praise of your higher power, life is too short to have a chip on ones shoulders. Consider your importance and your purpose to be here and be in the now. 

Take note and Listen carefully to your heart and hear your inner loving harmony! It's you're right, responsibility and a huge blessing, a win-win attitude to remember and practice. Others will gravitate towards you as you ooze with your positive innate power, a wise choice I believe; that assures a confident self - lifting and deserving love.
